As long as your spirit is triumphant, you are a victor and go right on. A man is defeated
only when he is defeated in his spirit.

School of Ministry
|
| The goal of the John G. Lake School of Ministry is to train and equip believers to minister
the power of God wherever and whenever the opportunity arises.
To do this we have developed a course of instruction based on the teachings given by Dr. Lake in the early
1900's. These teachings not only cover the theory of Divine Healing but place great emphasis on the practical
application in order to fully equip the participants to destroy the works of the enemy
Each believer has been commanded to lay hands on the sick and they shall recover. The doctrine of Divine
Healing is only now beginning to attain the importance that it should have in the Body of Christ and we are
seeing believers moving into a realization of their authority and dominion over sickness and disease which
enables them to rise up and be everything God called them to be.
Through experience we have learned that there are ways to minister to certain diseases which, if applied
properly, significantly increase the chances of success.

Man was never made a slave. He was never made for slavery. He was made to reign as a king under God.

Course Content |
| While this course is primarily concerned about emphasizing the truth of Divine Healing as laid
out in the Scriptures, we believe it is of the utmost importance to have a solid understanding of, what we call,
the absolutes of God. We understand it is impossible to cover every area in the Word of God but there are certain
fundamental truths that we believe are important to have an understanding off so that we can stand in the day of
adversity and we are equipped to help others to stand also.
Areas of study include-
- Our Divine Heritage - An examination of the forerunners of Divine Healing such as John G. Lake, Smith Wigglesworth,
Maria Woodworth Etter, John Alexander Dowie and many more. These saints pioneered the truth of Divine Healing, we
should be picking up where they left off and going further.
- Divine Healing - an in-depth look at the various aspects of Divine Healing including healing in relation to our
Covenant with God, healing in the atonement, God's will regarding healing and the fundamentals of a divine healing
ministry.
- Covenant - God is a covenant God, He does everything by covenant so in these lessons we will look at the Covenant
of Blood, the Old and New Covenants and the difference between them and the reality of our walk with God as covenant
people.
- Authority - as believers we have been given authority both in the natural and spiritual realms. Many times we fall
far short of walking in the reality of that authority, which Jesus Christ died to procure for us. In this part we want
to encourage you to step into your proper position of authority and start doing the works of Jesus.
- Renewing of the Mind - one of the most important areas of study. Only as we come to a full realization of who we
are in Christ and who He is in us will we have the confidence and ability to step out and fulfill God's will in our
lives.
- Led by the Spirit - an examination of the truth of what it means to be led by the Spirit of God and instruction on
how to develop a strong spiritual man.
- The Contradiction - why sometimes, when we get prayed for, things seem to get worse? There is a biblical principle
here that we need to understand so that we can warn the people we minister too, which will enable them to stand
against the lies of the enemy.
- Healing Room Operations - a practical guide on how to set up and run an efficient healing room.
- Practical Ministry - A significant portion of time will be spent on the practical aspects of ministry but it should
be remembered that what you will be given will be guidelines. There are no formulas in the Healing Ministry so as
the training progresses we will be looking to the Holy Spirit to develop each individual according to the giftings,
which they have been given.

It is a law of the human mind that I can act myself into believing faster than I can believe myself into
acting.
